Vision of Creativity Company Accredited as an Official APTIS Test Center by the British Council

Vision of Creativity for Training, Consultancy and Technical Services, we are pleased to announce our official accreditation as a test center for the APTIS English language assessment, under a cooperation agreement with the British Council Libya. With this milestone, we become the first accredited APTIS test center in Southern Libya.

This accreditation marks a significant step in our journey, during which we have remained committed to international quality standards and to delivering training and educational services aligned with globally recognized best practices. It reflects our ongoing efforts to achieve excellence and secure internationally recognized accreditations.

This achievement will enable students, trainees, and professionals across Southern Libya to access the internationally recognized APTIS certification locally, eliminating the need to travel to major cities. It also contributes to strengthening English language proficiency, enhancing professional competencies, and expanding opportunities for education and employment at both national and international levels.

We affirm that this accreditation represents a strategic milestone within our vision to advance the training and education sector in the region, and to expand access to internationally accredited services that support individuals and institutions and contribute to sustainable human development.
