On Tuesday, February 17, 2026, Vision of Creativity for Training and Consultancy successfully concluded the “From Kitchen to the Labor Market” project, which aimed to train women in food production and entrepreneurship. The project was implemented in collaboration with Team for Training and Development and supported by the International Organization for Migration (IOM).

This project was carried out as part of efforts to support women’s empowerment and enhance their economic participation, through an intensive training program that combined practical skills in food preparation (cooking, pastries, and baked goods) with essential competencies in business management, marketing, and pricing.

The project targeted 35 women, who received both practical and theoretical training that contributed to developing their skills and enabling them to transform their abilities into income-generating opportunities.

The program concluded with a practical bazaar, where participants showcased their products to the public, providing a real-life experience aimed at linking training with the labor market and strengthening participants’ confidence in their ability to produce and compete.

This initiative reflects Vision of Creativity’s commitment to delivering impactful programs that support skills development and capacity building, while aligning training with labor market needs.

In closing, the company extends its sincere appreciation to its partners and supporters, as well as to everyone who contributed to the success of this project, and reaffirms its commitment to implementing initiatives that contribute to sustainable development and community support.
