The Sebha Employment & Job Fair 2026, held on 7–8 April 2026 at Vision of Creativity Company, has successfully concluded. The event was jointly organized by:

Faculty of Technical Sciences – Sebha

The fair was organized as part of ongoing efforts to support the local labor market and strengthen direct connections between job seekers and private-sector employers through a structured platform for interviews and recruitment.

The event witnessed strong participation, with a total of 142 attendees over the two days, reflecting the growing demand for such employment initiatives in Southern Libya.

The fair delivered tangible results, including:
▪️ 243 job offers provided by participating companies
▪️ 60 individuals successfully employed

These outcomes highlight the effectiveness of the fair in achieving its core objective of creating real employment opportunities and bridging the gap between training outputs and labor market needs.

This event stands as a practical example of the importance of employment platforms in Southern Libya, demonstrating both the increasing demand for such initiatives and the need to strengthen collaboration between training institutions and the private sector.
